Rep. Roy Benham

Roy is retired, but earned his BA Degree at the University of California, Berkeley. He was an instructor at KSB from 1949-1956 then worked with the Hawaiian Studies Program at the DOE, Hawaii from 1984-1995.

He is currently supporting Native Hawaiian issues, including the Kamehameha Schools, the Akaka bill as a means of establishing a Native Hawaiian entity that will some day lead to a more independant kind of operation.

Roy's message to his classmates. As your class representative I will try to do as well as Bernie did - we must all continue to keep in contact with each other.
